Knowledge Capture ® Version 2.0 is priced on a 'per user licensing' model.

Knowledge Capture ® Desktop User Pricing Model Example 

Knowledge Capture ® Desktop Loader ® is priced against named users,
Names users are the actual users that capture, index, and archive documents.

Attached is an example of the pricing calculation

• • For example: €270 per user x 5 = €US1,350 for first five users plus €215 per user
    x 5 = €1,075 for next five users. The total price is = €2,435 for 10 named users, plus local taxes.
    
    This multiplier is used to price the total number of users.
    
  • e-ASL offer a 15% annual software subscription and maintenance charge for product updates and support, this pricing starts after 365 days. The first years subscription and maintenance is built within the new purchase price.
  • The purchase and use of Knowledge Capture is subject to the product software licence agreement.

  Knowledge Capture ® Version 2.0 Bulk Loader is priced per server licensing only,

  Knowledge Capture ® Bulk Loader (each Content Manager or OnDemand server)	€ 10,500 each server

  Knowledge Capture ® Bulk Loader Pricing Model Example 

  • Knowledge Capture ® Bulk Loader is priced against each separate server licence,
    (actual software server licence of IBM Content Manager or IBM OnDemand)
    
  • Attached is an example of the pricing calculation for ten named users:
    €10,500 per server software licence, 1 x server = €10,500.
    One Content Manager and one OnDemand server = 2 x servers = €21,000 etc.
  • e-ASL offer a 15% annual software subscription and maintenance charge for product updates and support, this pricing starts after 365 days. The first years subscription and maintenance is built within the new purchase price.

  • Attached is an example of the pricing calculation for ten named users:
    €3,000 per server software licence, 1 x server = €3,000.
    
    One Content Manager and one OnDemand server = 2 x servers = €6,000 etc.
    
  • e-ASL offer a 15% annual software subscription and maintenance charge for product updates and support, this pricing starts after 365 days. The first years subscription and maintenance is built within the new purchase price.
