It is with pleasure that IBM and Electronic Archive Solutions (e-ASL) invite you to our SAP Imaging, Document Management, and Voice archive seminar at IBM South Bank in London, Wednesday the 26th of November 2003.

Managing the growth of SAP databases and managing the large amounts of diverse PC based files and paper content held in your corporation is one of today’s most crucial corporate challenges, and it’s a task that is too often tackled at great expense.

SAP Database Size Management
Reducing the size of SAP databases can help improve the speed of SAP applications. We will demonstrate how your company can significantly reduce the size of your SAP databases, such as FI CO, MM etc, which results in reduced IT disk costs and reduced SAP backup pressures.
We work with SAP customers to develop best SAP database and information management processes and rules.

SAP Imaging and Document Management
We will also present and demonstrate how to capture and manage your company’s diverse business information in SAP, including incoming and outgoing paper documents into a single SAP digital archive. With this capability your company will be able to dispense with cumbersome paper trails while taking effective, long-term control of business information needs. Your company’s flow of information can become completely electronic.

SAP Call Recording
We will demonstrate how customer calls can be recorded, indexed, and added into the SAP central customer file.
