New Business Sales Executive - Canada

We have an immediate requirement for an experienced New Business Sales Executive to join our Toronto (Canada) office to help expand the business through strategic sales as well as account management of existing customers.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced organisation with plans of continuous growth across all sectors. It's a great opportunity to move your career forward as you would be integral to the building and development of the team.

Experience Required

  • Three-five years selling of Content Management solutions to high-level executive

  • Experience selling Document Imaging solutions, (preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Kofax technologies),

  • Proven experience selling Content Management solutions (preference will be given to candidates with expertise in IBM Content Management or Hyland OnBase technologies),

  • Solid track record of achieving targets in a structured sales environment

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to prioritize and set realistic objectives to attain sales goals

Key Skills

  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue and profit sales targets

  • Motivated and able to work unsupervised towards set tasks and objectives

  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, with experience of giving sales presentations to senior management level internally and externally

  • Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to handle confidential documentation and work with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Setting objectives and developing strategic solutions in conjunction with the Sales Director

  • Developing annual account/business plans

  • Applying a superior level of activity management and professional selling skills to the identification and placement of appropriate product solutions

  • Completing sales forecasts and other activity feedback in a timely fashion

  • Ensuring a superior level of customer satisfaction is achieved to assist in customer retention and market expansion

  • Adhering to business practice guidelines

  • Meeting or exceeding revenue and profit sales targets

Package

  • OTE $120,000, 50% base, 50% commission earnings,

  • 20 days annual holiday
